About Us

Family owned company established in 2025. Our company was started by Chef and owner Ian Serrao. Ian's love for food is what motivated him to start his own business. After working in the hospitality and food service industry since starting as a dishwasher in 2003, Ian worked in every part of the food service industry from front of the house to the back of the house service. In 2015 he started pursuing his passion consistently studying different cuisines and working in different kitchens. His experience stretches from Asian American to Italian American and Caribbean Soul Food. His family heritage spans back to the Caribbean with his father coming to America from Barbados and his mother's ancestors originating in the African country of Cape Verde.  Ian's family is his biggest motivation with all of his siblings being involved in the food service industry it only made sense for him to find his calling in the kitchen.
